My father's dementia journey deeply shaped both my art and my perspective on life. During that time, creativity became a way to slow down, connect, and bring moments of peace into difficult days. What began as quiet time together with pencil and paper rekindled my passion for drawing, painting, and music.
Through that experience, I was reminded that art is more than something we create - it's something that helps us heal, reflect, and reconnect.
I'm also a certified Health and Creative Wellness Coach and it feels natural to blend my passions for health, art, and music to help others discover and enjoy their own creative selves
For several years, I became one of my father's caregivers. Life slowed down, and in the quiet in-between moments, I rediscovered drawing, watercolor and even my ukulele. That season of life rekindled my creativity and reminded me how powerful art can be in supporting both emotional and physical well-being.
My intention now is to live a healthy, creative life and help others do the same through meaningful art and shared creative experiences.
